THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Our estimate for processing and shipping is as follows:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time (USA): 3–5 business days
  • Shipping time (International): 4–8 business days

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at contact@powerstark.shop.

After verification and confirmation by our support team, you will have two options:

  • We will send you a new product
  • OR we will issue a 100% refund

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE

You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any issue. If the product stops working or is defective during this period, you may return it to us at your expense, and we will refund the full amount via store credit so that you can reorder a new product.

CHANGE OF OPINION (Standard Return)

You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. To start a return, contact us at contact@powerstark.shop.

We will send you the return address. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Not used
  • Not washed
  • In its original packaging

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your product, you have 30 days after the delivery date to request it. To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at contact@powerstark.shop.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us. We will cover the full return shipping cost, and you will receive a 100% refund.
